Hey! I'm Ashley and I am a Soul Empowerment Coach and founder of "The Bridge".
In October 2021, I had a life-changing spontaneous awakening that forever changed the way I see the world. After my awakening, I was searching for any information I could possibly find to explain what I was going through. I was lucky enough to walk this journey with my best friend so I KNOW how important it is to have support. I don't know where I'd be if I didn't have my spiritual bestie going through it WITH me. I've been exactly where you are, and I know my gift is to walk with women on their paths through awakening too.
There's so much that comes with a spiritual awakening, from feelings of loss and grief to the most beautiful, soulful conversations that change your reality at its core.
You no longer share the same belief systems, and talking about it can be taboo, but I believe more and more people are waking up, and we're all here to be bridges so that the world understands spirituality and it becomes normalized in our physical reality.
